D\u2019observer l\u2019angoisse qui surgit lorsque tu regardes ton agenda de la semaine et que tu constates qu\u2019il est bien rempli?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au fond de toi, tu r\u00e9alises que ce que tu aurais besoin c\u2019est de prendre du temps pour ralentir. Vivre avec un horaire all\u00e9g\u00e9 et suivre ton <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">flow<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est une situation que j\u2019ai v\u00e9cu \u00e0 plusieurs reprises dans la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. J\u2019ai observ\u00e9\u00a0 que c\u2019est un sentiment que j\u2019exp\u00e9rimente \u00e0 chaque saison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pourtant, j\u2019adore ce que j\u2019entreprends dans mon quotidien. Ma routine matinale me permet d\u2019\u00eatre <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.atmayogamontreal.com\/staging_0\/instaurer-une-discipline-dans-sa-vie-pour-atteindre-ses-reves\/\">disciplin\u00e9e<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et bien ancr\u00e9e pour concr\u00e9tiser ce qui est \u00e0 mon agenda pendant la journ\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je vous avoue que j\u2019aime bien \u00eatre occup\u00e9e et savoir que j\u2019ai l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019avoir plusieurs rencontres, des projets stimulants et des activit\u00e9s \u00e0 mon agenda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Le fait est que nous sommes humains. \u00catre optimal, productif et performant 5 jours par semaine\/ 50 semaines par ann\u00e9e, c\u2019est le courant que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nous invite \u00e0 suivre. Elle me porte dans le doute de moi-m\u00eame et me fait me demander si j\u2019en fais assez.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puis apr\u00e8s quelques heures, je prends conscience que je suis dans une phase de mon cycle int\u00e9rieur o\u00f9 j\u2019ai un besoin de ralentir et de m\u2019int\u00e9rioriser pour mieux int\u00e9grer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les p\u00e9riodes o\u00f9 je m\u2019accorde quelques moments de pause sont des moments o\u00f9 ma cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 est \u00e0 son maximum. En effet, puisque je cr\u00e9e de l\u2019espace, je ralentis. Je prends soin de mes besoins primaires et je vis dans l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Dans cette perception de l\u2019inaction, nous sommes dans l\u2019\u00ab\u00eatre\u00bb. Dans l\u2019\u00eatre, nous sommes actifs. Mais la vie nous sort parfois de ce long fleuve tranquille pour nous faire vivre quelques \u00e9pisodes de chaos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, lors d\u2019un passage important dans ma vie, j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert la puissance des cycles. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je l&#8217;ai explor\u00e9e \u00e0 travers les 4 phases de mon cycle menstruel : les menstruations, la phase pr\u00e9-ovulatoire, la phase ovulatoire et la phase lut\u00e9ale.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je suis captiv\u00e9e de d\u00e9couvrir \u00e0 travers ces diff\u00e9rentes phases la fluctuation de mes \u00e9nergies, de mes peaks de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, des moments o\u00f9 j\u2019ai envie d\u2019\u00eatre en interaction et en action, puis les temps o\u00f9 un besoin d\u2019introspection se fait ressentir. Nous faisons partie de cette nature, tout comme elle fait partie de nous.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque l\u2019on s\u2019impr\u00e8gne de ces enseignements, nous constatons que la Nature nous soutient et nous invite \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des routines matinales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personnellement, j\u2019ai observ\u00e9 que ma routine \u00e9voluait selon les saisons et mes besoins.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En adaptant ma routine \u00e0 chaque saison, tout mon corps intuitivement s\u2019aligne avec cette temporalit\u00e9 des rythmes de la nature\u2026C\u2019est tout simplement magique!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>La magie de l&#8217;\u00e9criture automatique<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour installer ma routine matinale, je profite des transitions de saison pour entamer un exercice d\u2019\u00e9criture automatique sur quelques questions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quelle est mon intention pour cette nouvelle saison?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quelle \u00e9nergie ai-je besoin d\u2019installer pour soutenir mon intention dans cette saison?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combien de temps puis-je m\u2019accorder pour ma routine matinale pendant cette saison?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quel type(s) de pratique(s) m&#8217;apporte l\u2019\u00e9nergie dont j\u2019ai besoin?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour ceux et celles qui n\u2019ont jamais pratiqu\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9criture automatique, il s\u2019agit de jeter sur papier tout ce qui est pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de soi, pendant une dur\u00e9e d\u2019au moins 10 minutes. L\u2019id\u00e9e est d\u2019\u00e9crire en continu, sans lever le crayon de la feuille.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si l\u2019inspiration ne venait pas, tu peux simplement \u00e9crire \u00ab je suis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de mes ressentis \u00bb. Cela aidera \u00e0 d\u00e9nouer le mental pour laisser la place au c\u0153ur de s\u2019exprimer.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=&#8221;No Line&#8221;][vc_column_text]\n<h3><b>Vivre un processus cr\u00e9atif en connexion avec son rythme int\u00e9rieur<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui valorise principalement l\u2019\u00e9nergie du Yang\u00a0 o\u00f9 l\u2019action de FAIRE est encourag\u00e9e, \u00caTRE est plut\u00f4t vue comme superflue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Nous pouvons associer l\u2019\u00caTRE (\u00e9nergie Yin)\u00e0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019intuition, l\u2019imagination, la compassion, l\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, l\u2019inspiration, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, la sensualit\u00e9, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019occuper des autres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Nous pouvons associer le FAIRE (\u00e9nergie Yang) \u00e0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La mat\u00e9rialisation, l\u2019action, l\u2019intellectuel, la pens\u00e9e, la productivit\u00e9, l\u2019autorit\u00e9, la recherche d\u2019\u00e9volution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Or, nous prenons de plus en plus conscience qu\u2019un \u00e9quilibre entre ces deux polarit\u00e9s est n\u00e9cessaire pour cr\u00e9er l\u2019union \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de soi, pour permettre \u00e0 sa vraie nature de s\u2019incarner et d\u2019\u00eatre complet.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque le processus est nourri d\u2019exp\u00e9riences qui \u00e9l\u00e8vent les cinq sens, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 devient cultiv\u00e9e par la passion (le c\u0153ur), un ingr\u00e9dient essentiel au succ\u00e8s.
