Par exemple, \u00e0 travers la conscience du corps, du souffle, des bruits environnants, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Dharana<\/strong>, qui repr\u00e9sente l\u2019\u00e9tat de concentration. Il s&#8217;agit de l&#8217;observation interne d\u2019un objet ou d\u2019une id\u00e9e fixe (images, symboles ou toute sorte d\u2019\u00e9vocation mentale). Ainsi, on affine notre perception interne afin de s\u2019absorber de plus en plus en soi-m\u00eame et d\u2019\u00e9liminer les distractions mentales.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, lorsque ce chemin d\u2019introspection progressive est maitris\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9tat de Dhyana ou m\u00e9ditation apparait.
